I have been getting my hair and brows done here for about a year and have absolutely loved the service that I have gotten. Katelyn has been nothing but amazing we are always trying new things and she always makes sure to do a complete consolation before we start so understand what I am looking for. Sylvia does my brow wax and tint and she is so sweet and absolutely amazing. If you need your brows don’t she is your girl. Would recommend Katelyn and Sylvia to anyone. Their availability is pretty open and it does not take weeks to get in which is wonderful.

This store needs to stop ✋️ the practice of forcing customers who choose not to participate in their loyalty discount program to Wait to be checked out while the teller asks other customers in line for THEIR phone number so the benefit can be transferred to them. Check the customer out. Period. When I stated this to the teller, "please just check me out," her response was...." you don't have to be rude, and Jesus christ". Seriously? Please just check me out. Period. I stopped the teller from engaging with another customer, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, to pass loyalty credits based on my purchases off to another customer.

The Benton Harbor store has super bad management. I went to get tinsel put in my hair just to have a little fun on the last week of school and for Christmas. The lady who did my hair put in two beads of tensile on each side of my head and told me it’s $12 each she put a third one in and said she will not charge me for that one. So I paid 24 for 2 beads with tensile. When other stores Mishawaka and Kalamazoo are charging $30 for 30 minutes of pencil being put in your hair. That’s more than 2 beads. After hearing this I was a little upset that I was not told this and I over paid. One the old pricing was 12 per two beads not 12 each. And then it was changed to $30 for 30 minutes. So I called the Store and asked why I was over charged, and wasn’t told about the $30 for 30 minutes. The person I was talking to confirm that pricing and went on to say that she don’t know why I wasn’t. But she said she would fix it and add more in for me. I said ok and went there when I got there, the store manager Casey was there and said that I wasn’t over charged because that’s their pricing and all the stores can make up their own pricing and that the other stores isn’t selling as much as them that’s why they have a $30 deal for 30 minutes. Then went on to say that she was told that I cussed her stylus out and drop the F bomb. Which never happens she said none of the stylist wants to work with me that they are uncomfortable including the eyebrow bar. I was completely shocked on how I was being treated in that store when I have always went to that store and never had any kind of issues. They are very unprofessional there, talking about things in front of customers they should not be talking about and too customers on top that. I will never go to the Benton Harbor location again! oh, she said she’d refund me $12. She gave me three dollars on a store card and said because I used my credits on my account which was nine dollars that she will refund to my credits. The credits was not refund when I went to the other store, I told that I should have 9 in credits that was refunded to me from Benton Harbor. They said that they don’t refund credits and again management should know this.After all that I made an appointment in the Mishawaka location. I must say they are all amazing there. I got more tonsil in my hair and I did not over pay. Everyone there is very very sweet and very professional, and them ladies can do some hair. I use to go to both locations, Benton Harbor and Mishawaka. I only went to Benton Harbor because it was a bit Closer but that extra couple miles is well worth it to go to Mishawaka.

Brow lamination w/tint by Sylvia! She’s super sweet and walks you through the process, she’s punctual she went right to work! I love that! My experience was very comfortable and fast! Thank you please check her out she also offers other services and also if you’re looking for the best mascara ever Benefit brand has one called Fan Fest that’s AMAZING! Was greeted right away, and when I asked for a specific product they were beyond helpful! I Use to get the product i wanted online but knowing that they carry it instore and with the service I got I am more than excited to purchase through them in person! Thank you!

I came in to make some returns, I let Katie, the lead cashier, know that some of my items would have to be looked up through my loyalty account because I didn’t have the receipts for my items. I was trying to explain to her that one of my items that I was returning I had purchased twice. The first time I purchased it was over a month ago with a discount, & the second time I purchased the same product without a discount. I told her I wanted to make sure she looked up the older receipt w the discount which was the same one I was returning. My situation was a little confusing but while I was trying to explain it to her, she started to be rude to me. She told me she needed the barcode for my item so I told her I could get it for her, because there was a line. The RSM came to the registerand Katie told her about the situation. Out loud Katie said “She went to look for the item but I don’t know why she’s just standing over there”, while I was in fragrance trying to look for the receipt on the app. That made my sister really uncomfortable & made me mad since it was loud enough for us to hear from the register to fragrance. There was so many ways Katie could’ve handled the situation but the way she did was not okay. The store manger Kacie and the beauty advisor Jackelyn are very sweet, and always deliver a VIP experience.

Kenzie is the best. I came in for an appointment I booked online with a different stylist that was booked inappropriatly. The person I booked with was very kind but was not familiar with the service I wanted. Kenzie took care of me as a walk in. She took time out of her schedule and got me taken care of. Spiral perm and cut done. Thanks Kenzie.
