I am writing to you with great sadness and concern to express my deep disappointment upon discovering that the money I have in my bank account at United Federal Credit Union, located at the Berrien Springs branch in MI, has been blocked. It may not be a large sum, but it is the result of my honest work. I have been trying in every possible way to resolve the situation, but every time I go to the bank, they create more difficulties and ask for ridiculous things.As a customer of United Federal Credit Union, I have entrusted the institution to manage my resources responsibly and fairly. The money in my account is the result of hard work and dedication, and it is crucial to ensure the livelihood and well-being of my family.I was extremely distressed to learn that United Federal Credit Union has withheld our money, depriving us of access to our own resources. This situation has caused great suffering and significant financial difficulties for me and my family.I sincerely request that you reconsider this withholding and immediately release the available balance in my account. These funds are essential to meet our basic needs, including housing, food, and education.I understand that there may be banking procedures and regulations to be followed, but I implore you to consider the urgency and severity of this situation. I seek a prompt and fair resolution so that we can retrieve our money, which was acquired honestly and legitimately.I sincerely hope that this matter can be resolved fairly and that we can recover our money without delay.

Website hours say open Saturday but only the drive-thru is open.Huge potholes in lot. Otherwise, decent service.

I made one mistake and they act like your the bad person. I have two accounts already so really I didn’t even need you guys. This was just an extra checking and savings account for more money saved up!! The comment that was said to me today when I left was uncalled for 100 percent! The rating I’m giving is 100 percent truthful from my experience today 8/30/21!! I won’t say what he said because that is none of the public’s business! The fact that u said that I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody. And to the rude teller or whatever u are but for your information I have a checking and a savings account! And work on better customer service please and thank you!!! And I may have been rude also but you had no right to say the comment when I left today because I was a customer at one time! But regardless you don’t talk to people in life in general that way! What I said wasn’t supposed to come out rude but to understand why and I apologize if it came out to you guys as being rude! But you don’t talk to customers or anybody in life like that comment u said to me!!! I’m 100 percent sure anybody else would of came back with a more hurtful comment back but I decided to do the right thing and walk away because of how I said somethings!! All I was doing was trying to ask questions and I’m upset because of all that happened. I have never in my life had this happened to me so yes I’m upset about it. This experience goes to show you can’t trust everyone you know!!

It’s a great bank to have looking after my checking and savings. The people are polite, and help work you through any problems that may arise with your account. I’d rate them a 10/10 if I could.

I can not get over how nice the clerks are at UFCU. I have worked with many different financial institutes over the years and this credit union far exceeds my expectations every time. Even going thru the drive thru you could hear how nice Hannah our clerk was. My husband due to an illness does not get out a lot. Every time we go there they ask him hows he's doing and you can tell its sincere and she truly wants to know. Kudos to UFCU for finding the right people to work in your different branches throughout our communities. They are truly special and one of a kind!
