Had a problem with a small package that was late in delivery from Atlanta, GA. Requested help via the USPS website and the destination post office (Benton Harbor, MI) came through with a phone call and update on the tracking and subsequent delivery of that package to me. Very professional and knowledgeable.

In the past 2 months they have now lost 6 packages. To say I'm livid is an understatement. Now I have to jump through hoops to find them or get refunded on everything.

Marked as delivered..but did not see the package..unreliable and irresponsible...lost my 2 packages…no proof of delivery..the service sucks..

This has got to be the worst post office ever. Yall need to figure out the workers attitude there and figure out what’s wrong. The lady up front decided it was better to yell at me on why I can’t pick up my package instead of tell me and talk to me like a normal person. At least when the supervisor came back he was respectful and I actually had a conversation with him. They never pick up the phone also!! I’ve called at least 15 times this week with no answer!!

I went to do my passport photo and application. The staff was exceptional and could do our applications even without an appointment. While appointments are required, they were able to find available time to accommodate us. It was easy throughout the process, and the person who helped us was friendly and ensured we understood what was going on at each step. I definitely will recommend it to others!
