In town for a funeral and needed a script filled fast. They were quick and helpful, even leaving the pharmacy to help me find something I needed in the main part of the store. Thank you!!

Been on hold for almost an hour with the pharmacy still no answer trying to figure out why they didn't fill my blood pressure medication this is ridiculous nobody has been in front of me for over 20 minutes and still no answer I'm assuming everyone else hung up

Pharmacy staff was extremely rude. I realize being understaffed causes stress, but I don't believe that excuses treating customers poorly!

Pharmacy - way understaffed and apparently can’t keep track of inventory. So if you suffer a severe orthopedic injury and your orthopedic dr calls in prescription for pain, be prepared for 1) 24 hrs no response, no filled script 2) Then they’ll tell you out of stock, on its way 3) THEN nothing from them after further 24 hrs. When you call to check on it - oh, it’ll be another 1 1/2 hours before you can pick it up. That’s a full 52 hrs after Rx was sent to them. And of course per law you can’t have script sent to where it CAN be filled. Done with this pharmacy. Walgreens - DO BETTER.

When i Call the pharmacy im on hold for 15+ minutes, every Month i call to get scripts refilled i think to myself surly they have some one to answer the phones, it cant keep getting worse, But it does every time they seem to out do themselves. This morning i was on hold for 15minuets, i heard someone pick up the phone 3 or 4 times just to send me back in to the hold music.I would suggest taking scripts to St. Joseph, Walgreens, Over on Hilltop and Niles ave. Its 24 Hours and they answer the phones quicker.Another Note, On readiness of scripts they are always so behind when ever i call a script in they give a time and i come back to pick up they ALWAYS say "Oh thats not ready yet come back in 2 hours" so i leave go home come back and again "Oh thats not gonna be ready till tomarrow. after a few times of this i finnally get my scripts but it takes like 2-3 days when it should only take a a half hour to put some meds in a bottle. Very inept people.

I never ever give bad reviews. I recently moved to the area and needed a new pharmacy after the local one closed (Vans). I think I was spoiled by the stellar customer service delivered by Vans.... I don't mind waiting in line and there's always a line at this location... What I do mind is being treated like an annoyance because I know I'm nothing but friendly. I've moved all of my prescriptions away from this location.

I have went to pick up prescriptions on more than one occasion and found out they couldn't find them. When I tried transferring them to another pharmacy they don't answer the phone.

Rude pharmacy staff & too busy pharmacist.Took Covid booster appointment for me & my wife. Reached 5 mins before, they signed us in at time. And kept us awaited for next 30 min, then came for one document. And then again kept us awaited for next 15 min.Asked representative to get us priority. But she was like you can leave if you can't wait anymore. Full rude, looks like she is boss of Walgreens.Later canceled whole appointment and left by tearing documents apart in ?

I waited 15 minutes in the drive through pharmacy while they serviced two cars on the other side before me. (It should have been one car on the left and then me.) I shouldn't have had to wait 15 minutes for any service when I was the first one in the line on the other side. When I politely asked the pharmacist what time my prescriptions would be available for pick up she replied with 3:30 then I said thank you and she replied rudely with "yep". I did tell her I didn't appreciate her attitude and she continued to make remarks saying she wasn't being rude. I chose to drive off.

The manager, i don’t know her name but she is a middle aged white woman . Her and her co worker, an older white man with glasses, were beyond disrespectful to me. There was a stack of tissue that was behind an incorrect price, me informing them that the price was incorrect upset them so much ending in the manager aggressively walking up to me and putting her hands in my face. And the man is a known racist, he’s rude and sarcastic every visit. I will never shop here again. I will update when I get more information

Walgreens Pharmacy in Benton Harbor is the worst! I’m calling every month for prescriptions that are supposed to be on auto refill and they not only don’t refill but they cancel the prescription. I have had to call the pharmacy because they fill my prescription with the wrong meds. They are always out of your medication and you have to wait for days for meds you need. PLEASE FIND EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE A CLUE!
