Biggest pile of crap pharmacy ever!!! They run out of meds, and do not answer phones! Unacceptable

I was quite happy to find out that Walgreens returned FedEx packages. However after driving 15 miles to return this package I What is alarmed at them not having a printer to print off the return label that was emailed to me. This is a common service that all UPS stores and boutique like FedEx drop off service is due as it's a result of the service. The answer I received from the employee was that they don't have a printer! Very dissatisfied for such a Community Staple to not have a printer.. This was not because of a broken printer , this is because it was not a part of their service . She told me that ups will do it. Yea no dahhhh. I wonder where these star aligned they way they do for there ratings .

Well ... I called to verify my online appointment took for a Covid test - the system never returned a verification. I applied more than once. I called the Benton harbor store (assigned by the system). Asking to talk to the store was futile. So, I called again and tried the pharmacy. I said COVID there was no mor dialogue. I was bounced into, probably a non-existent VM. I let it ring for 2 minutes; no answer!! You, tell me what I should do? This is not how to keep customers. Frank S

My stomach has been in knots for days, so I decided to just grab some snacks from Walgreens in hopes to convince my anxiety to let me eat. I got some lunchables, jerky and a Dr. Pepper. I found out recently that they also have delivery through doordash, so you can order anything from the store and get it delivered to your doorstep. I have always found Walgreens to be convenient but I will admit they tend to be a touch more expensive than other places. I am glad they are so quick and keep everything organized. Walgreens will probably continue to be the place i go for a snack when my stomach hates me

Customer service is horrible. customer service training is desperately needed. Three people was in line ahead of me all black. The cashier did not acknowledge anyone with eye contact, a greeting, nothing. This included myself as well. She just took my purchases, my money and gave me my receipt. Behind me was an older white gentleman, who was given eye contact, and greeted. The cashier should not work in an inner city store if she doesn't like blacks....I will not go there again.
