Went to CVS at 11 & Coolidge to pick up Rx for Tami Flu, been in the house since Thursday sick with the flu. Ventured out and wanted to pick up at drive through. They gave me the price & I said I wanted to use Good Rx (that is what I use on other prescriptions on a regular basis at the same CVS). The pharmacist came to the window and told me they have to run it through insurance but that price was over $20 more. I told him I didn’t want to use the insurance, I wanted to save $20 and use Good Rx. He was so rude & told me I had to come back in an hour to pick up the prescription that was already bagged and at the window waiting for me. I don’t have the energy to come back in an hour. Mr. Pharmacist you should find another profession where you don’t have to interact with people! You are rude & your behavior was unprofessional.

Their phone service for pharmacy wastes so much time and doesn’t help - patients need to speak to a real person and multiple times of being on hold for over 20mins is ridiculous to still have them not answer the phone

NEVER GET YOUR PHOTOS DONE HERE! I used disposable cameras at my wedding to have some fun pictures captured throughout the night. I paid for 10 of them to be developed. I get the pictures back with the disks and the pictures had finger prints on them and the exposure was done incorrectly. You can see that there's a line in a lot of the pictures too where there are two pictures on one photo. This is the only thing I have and now I have nothing from my wedding day. Never get your photos done here. So messed up.

This store has been one of the most difficult to deal with as of recent. I switched from the Oak Park store due to similar issues and it's been constant disappointment. At one point I used a different pharmacy but had to pay more for prescriptions so I went back to CVS. The staff is clearly overwhelmed with too much work. I've been hung up on several times after being placed on hold by the automated system for over 15-20 mins at a time. Having to take meds or get them for family is difficult enough as it is and then to have to deal with poor service where you get you meds from puts the icing on the cake. Currently on the phone with the corporate office to complain! This is unacceptable

Have been trying to get 2 prescriptions filled here and have had nothing but trouble. Have called 2 days multiple times and have been hung up on every time without speaking to anyone. Went in person to check on the prescriptions and got the run around and was told to call back the next day, which I did, but got hung up on repeatedly again.0/5 do not recommend using this pharmacy. Called Live Well Rx Pharmacy in Berkley and received wonderful prompt service!

My dr. ordered a prescription at 9:30 am for antibiotic eye gel and pharmacy texted they did not have it and were working on getting a different script from dr and would text me when ready. Hearing nothing, I called 3 x between 5 & 5:30pm, each time I was disconnected. Went to CVS next day and told they had it at another store. I went to the other CVS drive through at 1:25 and it was closed, ran into the store and gates were closing for lunch and I had to wait half an hour. System is bad. Workers are doing best they can but system needs improvement. So hard to talk by phone to anyone. Had I known I could get the script yesterday at another store, I would have been able to get it and start the med sooner. Major inconvenience. I am not usually one to complain, but come on!

When I entered the store it was clean and well stocked. They even have a functioning photo center to quickly and easily make physical photos and passport photos. I signed up for the CVS Carepass and saved a lot of money on medicine and health items I couldn't find elsewhere. Everyone was nice and polite and friendly. It seems to me the negative reviews are about instances where people are having a bad day or they're simply trolls. People should be more graceful with retail people as it's a high stress low financial reward job.

Seriously the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The manager of the photo department was so quick to jump down my throat and not let me talk. New management is needed and customer service training is needed.

I come here for medicine. I've been denied medication, and twice now I have had a random pill in a prescription pill bottle, not a different manufacturer, not one of my pills, a RANDOM pill. Very disappointed.

Reviews are very accurate- i'll keep it short and sweet came in to pick up a prescription and the drive-through drive-through has a note on there says you have to come in, but as I'm standing there in line on the inside, they are giving people their prescriptions to drive through someone please make this stuff makes sense to me.. this pharmacy really it seems like all CVS pharmacies can't get it together

This is for the pharmacy only: Critical drug keeping my baby alive was ready and then they sent it back after it sat for only 24 hours. Left work to pick up and they said it was returned to stock because it was more than 15 days. It was not and I had text message proof. They then asked for me to call tomorrow to see if they had it after I already went in person. Extremely inconvenient and stressful. Woman at the counter was also very rude. Don't gaslight a customer when I have proof of the submission time and message indicating ready for pickup. This is not the first time this happened.

They always give me issues with my prescription.The most recent pick up was never filled. So I went in about 5 days later and waited about 30 minutes to have it expedited.
