Their phone service for pharmacy wastes so much time and doesn’t help - patients need to speak to a real person and multiple times of being on hold for over 20mins is ridiculous to still have them not answer the phone

Have been trying to get 2 prescriptions filled here and have had nothing but trouble. Have called 2 days multiple times and have been hung up on every time without speaking to anyone. Went in person to check on the prescriptions and got the run around and was told to call back the next day, which I did, but got hung up on repeatedly again.0/5 do not recommend using this pharmacy. Called Live Well Rx Pharmacy in Berkley and received wonderful prompt service!

My dr. ordered a prescription at 9:30 am for antibiotic eye gel and pharmacy texted they did not have it and were working on getting a different script from dr and would text me when ready. Hearing nothing, I called 3 x between 5 & 5:30pm, each time I was disconnected. Went to CVS next day and told they had it at another store. I went to the other CVS drive through at 1:25 and it was closed, ran into the store and gates were closing for lunch and I had to wait half an hour. System is bad. Workers are doing best they can but system needs improvement. So hard to talk by phone to anyone. Had I known I could get the script yesterday at another store, I would have been able to get it and start the med sooner. Major inconvenience. I am not usually one to complain, but come on!

This is for the pharmacy only: Critical drug keeping my baby alive was ready and then they sent it back after it sat for only 24 hours. Left work to pick up and they said it was returned to stock because it was more than 15 days. It was not and I had text message proof. They then asked for me to call tomorrow to see if they had it after I already went in person. Extremely inconvenient and stressful. Woman at the counter was also very rude. Don't gaslight a customer when I have proof of the submission time and message indicating ready for pickup. This is not the first time this happened.

They always give me issues with my prescription.The most recent pick up was never filled. So I went in about 5 days later and waited about 30 minutes to have it expedited.

How can you say that everything ready for customers to pick their medicine and then make wait 10 minutes to get their medical that need help them with their rare diseases it not cool what if was life or death emergency medical that needed would cvs take slow probably cvs used be very good about having my medical ready when there now there aren't at all and they going lose business cause of so this update as of 10/4/19 they are now not making medical up that I need this a problem and I have ordered them so basically we going have go up chian of leadership

I've been using this location for my prescriptions for the past few months since I've recently moved to the area. I am always waiting in a long line at the pharmacy window, which seems to be a trend based on other reviews. Tonight I went to urgent care after work and left with a prescription that I wanted to fill on my way home. I checked pharmacy hours on Google which stated they were open until 10. When I got there at 8:30 I was told they cannot fill it tonight because they close in 30 minutes and they were the only two working. I was the only person in line... I had a previous encounter at the same pharmacy where they did not have a prescription in stock and said they would notify me when it came in. I got the notification 2 weeks later when I was feeling better. Overall a bad impression.

RX staff is horrible. Filled a script today and it was the last straw. I use GoodRx to reduce the cost of my scripts (like any smart consumer should do with an HSA plan)... and was told I can't use them because they have to use the insurance on file....which will not allow use of coupon. This is NOT true at all. The "manager" said it was "her" pharmacy and she has her own rules. Money grab. Horrible and lazy. Was so hard for her to rebill to cash. Wake up. You don't have to use insurance to purchase a script. Won't ever go back.

Went to get a prescription filled and they didn't have it in stock which is very typical for them. Then I went to purchase a $10 curling iron to find that it was locked and I would have to get customer service to unlock it, Which is way too much of an inconvenience to me to bother so I dropped it. Unfortunately the CVS seems to not want my money. what exactly is the purpose of shopping here? I'm not sure since the two things I wanted to get I was either unable to get or chose not to because it was so inconvenient.

Located on a busy corner. Private lot with a drive up pharmacy window in the back. Inside is a long entry long the wall, slightly dingy, with carts. The store itself is large and well lit, well marked signs, with beer, wine, pop, grocery staples, misc seasonal good. Lots of aisles of medical supplies and OTC drugs. Pharmacy counter in the rear. The checkout counter area is a little crowded and lanes for the registers are not marked.

This is my go-to pharmacy in the neighborhood. Good location but it can be challenging to get in and out of the parking lot here. The pharmacy here is awesome and the staff is really great. Always helpful and quick to answer your questions. The biggest complaint is that the store has always got an incredibly long line at the front counter. Like - "never mind, I didn't need it that bad, I'll go somewhere else" long line. It's always been like this and it never seems to get fixed. Please - someone from CVS read this and address this issue!

The pharmacy is consistently slow-even to the point of losing or not filling my prescriptions when I have received notice they are ready for pickup. Either they have an issue with communication with my doctor or the text messages are sent incorrectly. It has happened at least a dozen times. The staff are apologetic but behind the counter is openly disorganized. The lines are slow with just a few people but there is absolutely no hustle when the lines are long-especially when you are there because you are sick or in pain!
