Low quality car wash. Don't waste your time. Crappy vacuums and the dude that works there thinks he is a bouncer LOL! Do yourself a favor, quit walking up to peoples cars. You Doing the wrong thing. Weird establishment. Not allowed to handle business before you vacuum. Got to hurry up and go. Apparently theres a big rush to get to those taped up vacuums LOL! Just don’t waste your time here. Do yourself a favor and head to the newest car wash on greenfield near Kroger. Vacuums are much better maintained and much better quality and employees are phenomenal! Stay far away from this janky car wash with taped up vacuums. Definitely not “Dons Done Rite” Correct that to Dons Done wrong.

Stopped here with my boyfriend to vaccuum the dog hair out of our car. As we were putting a 5$ bill into the change machine, a gentleman came up to my passenger window yelling “EXCUSE ME! DID YOU KNOW I CAN CALL THE POLICE ON YOU?!!” And we, very confused, said what? He then proceeded to say that people come here and steal his money all of the time. We told him we were using the vacuums and he said “He just had to ask”. When I told him he didn’t ask but instead was immediately yelling at us and accusing us, he continued to be very hostile and walked away while rolling his eyes. Absolutely never coming here again.

Went to exchange a $5 for the vacuums and was immediately confronted by a hostile employee. First thing he said was that he was gna call the police on me for stealing coils. Have no clue why he assumed I wouldn’t be using the vacuums. Definitely not returning here and recommending others do the same. People like this don’t deserve business.

Terrible service. So I usually carry trash bags when I clean my car but I ran out this time but luckily I work right across the street so I went to grab a bag which would take less then ONE MINUTE then a worker comes and tells me that I can’t leave my car or it’s going to get towed which is left and went to a different location insane terrible service wasn’t the first time I’ve experienced something like this

Done with Don’s - I bought a package of prepaid washes and tried to use one today but was turned away as the attendant (whom by the way I believe is specifically mentioned in many other one star reviews for this business) tells me very aggressively that it has expired. No expiration date is printed on the ticket so I was very confused by this as well as the fact that it would expire in the first place. I had to awkwardly reverse out of the wash track and leave because I was not about to pay more money than what I already had prepaid. You got me this time but never again. I try to support local businesses but in this instance it makes it very difficult to do so.

Great experience! I was hesitant to go to a non-touchless car wash but Don helped me feel at ease. He even paid for my first wash. Will definitely be coming back!

wanted to thank stokes for being beyond kind and compassionate while my father (an ex employee) had a disgusting attitude/performance as a passenger in my car. no one should have heard that but he kept it very professional and kind while ignoring the disruption.

Went to vacuum my car this morning. I needed change for $5, and as I was getting change, an African American man came out asking me if I was stealing his change. I was shocked as I used $2.50 of it to vacuum. He took a picture of my license plate and said he would be reporting to Berkeley Police. I'm reporting him for taking my license plate picture and for sure I will not be returning even for just a vacuum. Horrible experience

Do not go here, this man tried to call the police on a customer getting quarters to use his facility. I used to go weekly, we won't be returning. I let social media know as well as local police dept as well. Don't play with my mother, you never know who people know. My mother was black, next customer come in was white and he said nothing. Go anywhere else. He literally stated someone stole quarters they are paying for.
