Members appreciate that it is always available, 24/7/365. The facility is very clean and fully stocked, offering great and plenty of room. Amenities include flexible workspace, meeting rooms, and small private rooms or soundproof phone booths for calls. There is complementary coffee, tea, snacks, and Nitro Cold Brew, with easy free parking as a huge plus. The tech setup is ideal and the management is great, with amazing community managers. It is just busy enough to allow networking, but not overwhelming, making it a perfect solution for hybrid work.

It was my team's first time here for our annual meeting and we were very impressed! It's a very sleek and modern space that offers so much. The staff is such a nice and accommodating group! I definitely recommend coming here if you have a small meeting.

I seriously love my Folio membership!! I just wish I had joined sooner. I just have the open space membership for $150 a month, and it's enough for what I need.
