Gate Keeper Games is a neat and interesting local game shop in Downtown Berkley offering everything in tabletop gaming. It has a vast selection of board games, card games, role-playing games, dice, and miniatures from all the top brands. The store features awesome decor with a medieval charm and a cool vibe. Each doorway feels like a portal, leading from the store through an Olde tavern area with a gorgeous bar to a back gaming space. This excellent and accommodating game room provides tons of space for gaming with no table fees. It is a very interesting place that also hosts weekly events like Magic the Gathering and Euchre nights. The space sometimes features local live bands and Doom metal shows, with a chill area to relax. The people are really nice and cool. The store maintains amazing functionality and a clean environment with no concerns about "gamer funk." It is a pretty cool place for those interested in games, described as a favorite go-to game shop.
Drinks are mid, but the atmosphere is pretty dope though. I play magic the gathering here all the time. Commander nights exclusively.

Great place to game. Big game room area, large gaming store, clean restrooms, a bar, and friendly staff. They have a sweet open mic night on Sundays, too.
