“Words can not express how happy I am to have a "true" and "valued" True Value near me. I have a couple of other locations closer. But this shop takes the cake. Screen Doors done in house and a commitment to understanding what thier customers need and not looking to over sell what they don't need.
Randy is amazing and totally helped me with a mini project. My idea would of cost be a bunch in parts and have me doing a bunch of labor and not sure I could of even done it.

“They cut screws to size and check to see that the nut threads! Not exactly a hardware store which is a shame since Frentz is closing. Quite a few options though. The stinky chemical fragrance smell has gone down some thankfully. Always get good service. Tend to find the odd things I need. A tiny bit more expensive but a lot less stressful so it's worth it. I really wish they carried more oddball supplies. Bird seed and puzzles are some of the weird things I've bought here lol.”

“This is a great family owned local neighborhood hardware store. I went to two major chain hardware stores (Ace Hardware and Home Depot) first in an attempt to get a specific key copied but neither one carried the key template to make the key.Ironically, the Home Depot store employee recommended that I try Miller's Pro Hardware right down the street and I'm glad I did. Miller's Pro Hardware was able to make copies of my key for me (in less than 5 minutes) and provided phenomenal customer service in the process. From now on, I'm going to Miller's first.”

I came in trying to figure out an issue with a piece of furniture that I couldn't get to easily open and close, and he was genuinely determined to help me diagnose what was going on. He didn’t just point me in a direction, he walked me through the problem and then showed me exactly what I needed to buy to fix it.
What really stood out was his patience and kindness. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers get things right, not just making a quick sale.
On top of that, he also took the time to help my wife figure out how to properly attach her PVC pipes to the wall. He walked her through options and made sure she felt confident about what to do next.
Really appreciate the level of service, it made what could have been a frustrating trip actually enjoyable. Definitely coming back.”
