He didn’t just point me in a direction, he walked me through the problem and then showed me exactly what I needed to buy to fix it. What really stood out was his patience and kindness. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers get things right, not just making a quick sale. On top of that, he also took the time to help my wife figure out how to properly attach her PVC pipes to the wall. He walked her through options and made sure she felt confident about what to do next. Really appreciate the level of service, it made what could have been a frustrating trip actually enjoyable.
