Incredible staff, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Fixed a hole in my wife’s great aunts hand crocheted blanket for Christmas. Blew away my expectations?❤️.

Love this place! I am able to get what I need for crafts and the store owner/manager was nice enough to let me purchase my yarn during hours that the store was closed (they were hosting their knitting class). Just very nice, accommodating staff and I truly appreciate them. Very much a mom and pop shop that I am happy to give my business to.

I had learned to knit by throwing each stitch two months before I visited "Have You Any Wool?". Melanie taught me a more efficient method, to recognize and correct yarn overs and to pay attention to the thread direction when picking up stitches to eliminate tightness in the woven fabric. She also showed me how to turn a stitch, correcting the thread direction. I am very grateful my mother-in-love and I found Melanie and "Have you any wool"?. We will be back for classes, knitting tools and more beautiful yarn and patterns.

So so selection. Tight space, smelled a little funny. Lots of visitors however who seemed to be enjoying themselves.

This is a warm, friendly & just plain fun yarn store. I’m always able to find just the yarn I need for my next project. And they have finished sweaters, hats, shawls & gloves on display that give me lots of ideas for my next projects.I was there today and the staff took the time to patiently walk me through a very difficult sweater pattern. Hands down, this is the best yarn store I’ve shopped at in 50+ years of knitting.

This is my favorite yarn shop to shop at, hands down. Everyone is always super friendly and knowledgeable, I almost always strike up a conversation with someone while I'm there. The people working are always incredibly helpful, whether I need help finding the perfect yarn or with a technique I brought up being nervous to try; and it's such a cute shop, I love the way the yarns are displayed. It's just a delight every time I walk through the door.

Love the shop and their yarn and accessory collection. They always have something fun I want to buy! I stopped in today to buy yarn for a project and didn’t know until I arrived that masks are still required, so heads-up if you’re unable to wear one. Also, check the hours before going because they vary day to day and are closed Sunday and Monday.

It's been awhile since I had the pleasure of visiting Bridget's shop...that being said I can't imagine how anyone could give her or her shop a less than perfect review. Her teachers were amazing teaching me how to expand my knitting skills.

I thought this may be a good place to stop in and get some advice and buy what was needed for a beginner to knit a simple scarf. The shop is quaint with a nice selection of yarn, different types of fiber, lots of colors displayed nicely. The person who helped me, whom I believe was the owner, was very helpful. She showed me some beginner books, showed me how to determine yarn length from the label on the yarn, and suggested the correct knitting needles required for the type of yarn I purchased. The other staff member not as friendly. Looks like they also offer classes and or knitting groups in which you can participate. I've visited other knitting or yarn shops around town hoping to get some help as a beginner myself but all too often the staff are very unfriendly, don't offer any help, only talk amongst themselves or with regulars who walk in, and impatient to newcomers who just want a little help. So overall I can usually expect a bad experience. This shop however was a bit of the opposite which is refreshing.

Melanie was the best. She helped me find my project patterns and showed me a variety of yarns I could use. There was no pressure and she took her time with me. Loved the beautiful yarns I even picked up a couple more projects. Melanie asked if I wanted her to wind my yarn and she did all of them. What a great shop. I highly recommend you go there.

Don’t go here to learn how to knit!!!! The teacher, Melanie, was an awful teacher , in my opinion. I took a video and shared it with experienced knitters and they agreed that she mad a simple skill more complicated than necessary and I was very discouraged, since I am new.(I wish I could share the video on this review but it doesn’t allow it ) I usually pick up skills very easily and quickly. The 1 hour cost $40! Afterwards I felt taken advantage of but just left and said nothing.. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m lost. They haven’t even followed up to see how I’m doing. Insult to injury. I was originally signed up with JoAnns for3-1 hr sessions for $40. But due to Covid 19, all of their classes were cancelled for the rest of 2020. I’m trying to save the rest of you money and aggravation. I’ll wait for JoAnns to start again. Meanwhile I’ll check out learning on YouTube. Wish me luck.
