I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes in March and went here for my initial supplies. I called 10 days ago to get my next allotment and was told the shipment would be on its way. Today, I still hadn't received it, so I called. Apparently, my insurance was requiring that I switch medical supply companies, but no one informed me of this. Now I have to go a few days without testing while I wait for my supplies to arrive. This could have been avoided, had the staff here simply called me and let me know they could not fill my prescription again. Very disappointing and stressful situation.

This unprofessional so called of a business transferred my dads oxygen account to another medical equipment company with out our knowledge or the other company’s knowledge!! They are unprofessional over the phone and over all a one star is even extra for them!! They did me a favor switching my dads account!!

Absolutely worst customer service and Beaumont should clean house on this part of their network bc Beaumont is amazing but this home medical group is THE WORST! I've been trying to get a return call for 7 months. SEVEN!!!!

Terrible erroneous billing menacing threatening letters to spite documentation of compliance on CPAP machine repeatedly by my physician promises of help but never came. I have a CPAP machine that I cannot use and I am ill will be my third visit with a respiratory therapist forget this place don’t use it it’s got to be something better

I attempted to use this DME center to get a TENS unit one of the people there named Brittany said that she would let me know of any changes, however I was never called back until I made a mild compliant as to finding out no chart notes were sent via another member of the staff, 10 days later they sent the request, then from that point 20 days later I found out they made no authorization requests to my insurance.

I called every other company looking for a particular knee brace and no one had it in stock. Called BHME and spoke to Shelly. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the brace and insurance, plus they had it in stock. Shelly was also very helpful with directions that I didn't think I needed, but actually did. When I went in to pick up the product, the entire staff was friendly and helpful. Next time I have a home medical need, I will call Shelly at BHME first.

This the smallest and least selection store I've ever seen! I went there to buy 2 basic things and they didn't have either of them. Worst selection ever

Kelly and Sarah seriously took a huge weight off of my shoulders a couple months back and I'm still sincerely grateful for their genuine kindness and patience with me. Their teamwork was also impeccable and you could tell that they enjoyed working together which seems like a rare sight these days. They went above and beyond to transfer me over from another medical place that didn't have half the heart that Kelly and Sarah both have. It's often that extra kind smile or mile that someone goes which can make all the difference in an already uncomfortable situation. Thank you ladies!

Shelley and the other employees went above and beyond to help with my returns. While I was there untangling a mess, I witnessed the same level of professionalism and thoroughness with other customers. Kindness is injected into an already difficult situation. I've done business with other med equip companies in town and this was the most painless experience, despite having a difficult time crediting a return to a credit card. Since it was taking long, she issued me a receipt and told me she would call once item hit system so I didn't have to wait for authorization. Thank you Beaumont Berkeley and Shelley Schultz

Definitely better then Binson's. But, be careful who you work with. Half the staff there is efficient and has people skills and the other half will have you sitting there for 3 hours if you need something that requires thinking. I go there for my CPAP supplies I would recommend working with Sarah if you want to be in and out without any hassles.
