Selection is great.
One of the staff was pretty rude though. Couldn't answer basic questions and told us she didnt know in an annoyed voice instead of asking the other staff behind the counter, was snippy when we didn't do things the way she wanted us too (it was our first time here). Just overall isn't suited for working retail. And a simple interaction like that is enough for us to go shop online and the other bead store in the area.

I'm from Rochester hills and can not find nymo beading thread at local craft stores anymore, so have not been in store in years, they had what I needed, bonus,will go back for needed suppplys

They have such a comprehensive and unique selection of beads and other craft items that are hard to find elsewhere! It's fun to stay and just browse.
Rating 3 stars because they don't seem to really like questions very much. Customers shouldn't have to feel afraid to ask questions and be given weird looks if they do while staff socializes at the counter instead of paying attention to customers.

I wasn’t there for any purchases. Their selection is quite generous. Their staff is attentive. If I were there to buy the basics and the middling, I’d return again and again!

Absolutely THE BEST place in Southeastern Michigan for craft and jewelry supplies and so much more. I love this place. It is family owned and run and the ladies are so nice and helpful. They have so many ideas (and the appropriate supplies) when you are stumped regarding how to make something or put it together. They treat customers like family. They have so many cool items you won't find anywhere else. The variety and breadth of the merchandise they carry is truly amazing, as is their knowledge and expertise. Excellent, very attentive customer service. Great prices. And just a fun and de-stressing experience. I have been going here for a couple of decades. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Forget the big box craft stores. They simply don't have what this store has. Very unique.
