Tom was awesome. He was helpful with asking questions and matching items based on my goals. He was inquisitive but not pushy. He gave realistic timelines of how products work. He made me feel comfortable with everything I got. Good guy. Looking forward to seeing results from what I just picked up.

I’ve been going here for years and now that I moved I still order all of my supplements from here. Best quality supplements and the staff always make the best recommendations. Unlike some bigger chains, their recommendations are not based on commissions.

Hands down the best supplement shop around. Theyre friendly, very knowledgeable, have personal experience with most of the products and are always good for a great recommendation. The staff are all fitness lifestyle dudes and care about what theyre selling you. As someone who has been lifting for about 20 years, I can say this is the best business of its type this area has ever had. Also, the prices are very good as well. Huge shout outs to Alex and Nick. I always feel welcome and I am genuinely happy to see whoever is working
