“A business of legendary Hazel Park status. It was there when it was almost illegal and it’s still here today. One of the original head shops. Everyone loves this place. I spent the day With Tommy Chong here (honest to god) this place is hollowed ground among OG stoners of legend! I got my first Led Zeppelin tapestry from them when I was in jr high school. Bought my first bong, I can’t say enough about this business. I really love it and any local HP person worth his weight in weed will tell you the same! They now have a dispensary. I’m stoked.”

“Called to inquire about a replacement vape part. I was assured they had it in stock. I drove over the next day to pick up it up since they kindly set it aside for me.
I got home and opened the bag only to discover it was the wrong part. I trusted the piece was correct and never checked it at the store. Therefore, I'll take some of the blame. A 7 mile and 30-minute inconvenience after all is said and done.
When I went in to return the piece, Matt the owner/manager was there. He was very warm and apologetic about the matter. He said they did actually have the correct piece in stock. It was the last one, and he comped it for the inconvenience. I couldn't have been more pleased with his quick call to action. He quickly turned a negative experience into a positive one. This is why I continue to shop at Puff Factory. Great selection and admirable service.”

“The staff here is always friendly and helpful no matter who is working at the time. Wild Bill's is my go-to for any tobacco or vape products. Mr. Vapor is an excellent brand for disposable nicotine tapes. I've also recently learned that Mr. Vapor is beginning to dabble in the disposable THC vape market and the one I have is excellent. Mr. Vapor alone gets a 5/5 from me, and this location gets 5 stars for the staff and product availability!

When I needed an Ashton ESG 20 Year Salute, they had those available. They also carry my coveted 5 pack Montecristo White Series (a must have!).”

“I accidentally drove to this place, as I meant to type in Starbucks under the search options. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in, and learn so much about the different types of hookah tobacco products that are offered here. The owner is such a sweet young lady. She spent her time really explaining to me the difference between the hookah, even though I am a first time hookah smoker. She explained the benefits between the different types of hookah, and then also taught me how to put it together myself at home. Another customer walked in and she did a great job balancing Both of us, and being very attentive and answering our questions. The prices are very fair and I am now a happy hookah customer. “Smoky's has a mom & pop vibe to me. You walk in, look around, and get what you want without help. If you need help, the assistance is their. Prices are kind of high to me because I order online, but when your order doesn't arrive on time and you have to run out and get a few sticks, Smoky's has it. My wife says I love that Big Humidor Smell.”
