Been going here for years and recommending them to everyone. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be returning atleast not to this location. I went recently and their cat attacked and severely scratched my dogs eye. Understandable accidents happen. But the treatment from those in charge upon talking with them about what happened is what will keep me from going back. Was talked down to and treated like we made a mistake for taking the dog to the emergency vet even after our regular vet recommended it. Could never even say sorry only that "it can't be that bad" Very disappointed with how things have been handled to say the least.

This place is AWESOME. I had a huge emergency and needed to find a close hardware store that had a gallon sprayer. Sure enough, they were 4 minutes away and got me exactly what I needed quickly and they were super friendly. Thanks Masserant’s!
