I was looking for a part for a late model Ram Promaster van. I called from Canada not knowing anything about the company. Pat was fantastic to work with. He went above and beyond to help me out!

I know they have some low ratings, he explained why before our transactions, I believed Pat was not let down.
What a breath of fresh air to work with Pat ate August Pohl. Amazing customer service. We wired the money for a motor, job fell through, no questions asked, check was mailed to us. Integrity on that level and not trying to pinch a few pennies out of a bad deal was surprising and much appreciated.

I never leave bad reviews — ever — but August Pohl Autoparts pushed me to speak up.
On the first call, I was met with a rude, unprofessional tone from Ulises, who clearly had no interest in helping. No greeting, no courtesy, and absolutely no willingness to assist — just attitude from the start.
I gave them two more chances. I called again — and Ulises hung up on me. Tried one last time — he hung up again.
If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine how bad it must be once they’ve taken your money.
Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not just bad service — it’s blatant disrespect and completely unacceptable.

Had a great experience working with Pat K. Needed to replace a bent rim. I only use OEM parts for my car. Performance was priority for the racetrack, but I also show it so wanted it to look the best possible. He sent pictures and then went the extra mile to personally pick the best from the inventory. I was having a time constraint that was making it difficult to drive the 5 hours round trip to Michigan. I was concerned about making a Zelle payment to have it shipped. In the end I had it shipped, and it arrived the next morning in time for me to make the switch. I am looking to get another as a spare and will definitely work with Pat again. It was a pleasant experience.
