I was at the Farmers Market in Mount Prospect today & I purchased the mild corn salsa and it was amazing ? I can't wait to try the green salsa with my chicken tomorrow ? I wish I would have stocked up ?

Bixby's Farms is fantastic. Their farm stand has such a great fresh selection of locally grown produce PLUS they have an amazing selection of Salsas, Jams, and Fruit Butters all made with fruit grown right on the FARM! Strawberry season is a fun time to head to Bixby for their u-pick! From May (strawberry season) to the fall (apple season) they always have what I am looking for.

Right now Best sweet corn. Strawberries ? are slowing or done but peaches and seasonal produce is always great. I have met and liked 3 generations of owners on Bixby Farms. God continues to Bless them .
