“This place has great customer service! Every time I come to shop there is either a blonde lady with glasses or a big guy with a beard there. The two of them always go above and beyond to make sure I have an amazing experience. The store is clean and the customer service is usually outstanding. I choose this over any of the stores in town for these reasons.”

“This new store, north of Niles on the corner of Old Walton Road and Old U.S. 31, is right on the way to the golf course, which I visit daily (weather pending), making it the perfect place to pick up water and snacks for the course. The ladies working there have been courteous and pleasant and have put up admirably with my shopping "like a guy" techniques and accompanying endless chatter. I'll be a regular during golf weather. The store itself is clean and well-organized. All in all, an excellent shopping experience.”
“Since the uprise of the dollar general overtake, this is the dollar general i find myself SOL on products i came for such as white chocolate chips, sandwich bags with zippers, and my favorite shampoo. Those and many items not offered for sale. Not to mention, a lot of times they are understocked or sold out of common every day shopping list items. they do have a friendly service tho.”
“Great experience here... Filled my cart full of groceries and checked out, when I went to pay for the items, I realized I had forgotten my wallet... I told the cashier and put my cart behind the counter... I went home and returned to Dollar General and paid for my items... This clerk is to be commended! She figured out a way to keep the store running smoothly without having to run my items thru the check out a second time... I believe she was the first shift manager... Thank God for her consideration and concern for her customers! This incident happened today, 04-20-2021... And, she was able to do this, help customers, stock shelves and deal with a disgruntled employee all at the same time... Good job Dollar General on your choice of employees...”
“It has your everydayly needs in there, the problem is but everything's 35 cents more than at Walmart so if you're going to buy more than 5-10 things you're better off going to like Walmart”
“Great spot to grab a couple of things on your way. Not the biggest selection but more than enough to get by. Staff is stellar and even when it's busy, im never there too long. Wish the city would let them sell beer too, but thats not the store's fault. By far the store i shop at most here in niles. I couldn't be more pleased with my trips here, the interactions with staff or the products i've purchased here. 5 stars all around!”

“Always open when they say they are. Wide variety of items and always stocked. I live one mile away and have only found one random item that they didn’t have…. Otherwise I have always found what I went for and some items I wouldn’t expect them to have but they do! Staff always friendly and helpful”

“I went in yesterday morning, as soon as i walked in I was greeted and offered a cart or basket. I was looking at balloons and I really liked this arrangement someone ordered. I asked and she said usually you have to place an order 2 days ahead but she went ahead and made me the same arrangement in that moment. Tracy was wonderful and so kind. She made my arrangements and my day. Thank you!!”
“Quick and easy from finding things quickly and never have waited more than five minutes to get checked out. To me and others aware of this means an older term "FIVE STAR SERVICE IN FIVE MINUTES OR LESS"”
