  Friendly and attentive staff! They always call me by my first name, even the branch manager ? Easy withdrawals that are always done in a timely manner. Clean modern space, drive thru available for your deposits, several tellers available inside. It’s nice to have a bank like this one in Berrien Springs for your personal and business needs!

  One Interruption after the next. Been banking with this branch and all the others since Citizens, shoreline, chemical, tcf, and now huntington. They want ID for deposits but can't provide a written statement why. Closed all our accounts and will soon be closing our business account through them too.
