“I bought tires for my 2003 SC430 Lexus a year or so ago & when I noticed a slow leak in one of the tires I took the car in. Now, you may wonder why I bought tires from a dealer- it's because I knew I could trust this dealership! And that's a huge deal!
SOI took the car in and they fixed the leak and also gave me some good advice - which I plan to follow!
And for all this my bill was zero! That was unexpected but appreciated!

“Was on my way to Traverse City today, a wet rainy day, and my windshield wiper blade fell off! Stopped in at the Honor location and let the guys know that I think I needed 2 new windshield wipers because one had fallen off and figured I’d go ahead and replace them both. Even though it was raining the young employee went outside to my vehicle and got my wiper blade that had fallen off and brought it inside. Come to find out, it was just a tiny plastic piece inside that had broken and they happened to have several just laying around in a box and replaced it for free! He then lemme know that my wipers were in perfectly good condition and I didn’t need to replace them! I am very grateful for their honesty and integrity and will be shopping there in the future for my automotive needs!”
“One of the nicest places and tire shops around. They went above and beyond to find a low profile matching tire for my wife's Civic Si that got damaged on the trip up north on I-80 last year. They had the exact tire the next day, installed it, and it was all at a very fair price. If I ever have any tire issues again while up north, this is the place that I will always go to.”

“Benzie automotive helped my wife and I in a great time of need. We're from Kalamazoo and were in the area in on a long weekend when we had car trouble. They fit us in on there schedule, allowed us to hang out around their shop with our dogs, got the part they needed same day, and got our car fixed in a couple of hours. Highly recommend!”
“We unfortunately locked ourselves out of our Class C at night. Other campers in the RV park knew a very experienced tech who worked at Vacation Trailer sales and contacted him, at home, for help. The employee looked through the keys he had with him but did not find the ones needed for our rig. The employee went to work early the next morning and searched through more keys and found some he thought might work. He showed up at the campgrounds the following morning, even though we had never actually talked to him, and was able to open our rig with one of the keys! What a great human being! His kind actions allowed us to continue our vacation. The whole unfortunate incident reminded us that people are good and kind and will look for each other.”

“We drove over 3 hours to get to Benzonia to visit family and noticed our truck was making a funny noise. Dropped our camper off and arrived 15 minutes before closing time to have someone look and see what may be wrong. They diagnosed it as a wheel bearing that was bad. They stayed 1hour over closing time to take care of our problem for us as we were only here for the weekend and had our son with us. Thank goodness nothing happened to us driving and they were so kind to help us out. I highly recommend them, they were very polite and professional!!”
“I was out of town and needed my dodge caliber repaired. The local Chrysler dealer said it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they could even look at it. Northern Auto had it fixed within a couple of days. They were friendly, the repair was done quickly and for a great price. If I need any work done in the future, it will be here.”
