Love it. Mickey is wonderful, friendly and always does a great job. I have been coming here for years and Mickey has been my stylist. Nothing has changed. She is still wonderful and the store is always well maintained. Other staff are friendly and welcoming also.

I signed in and drove to Great Clips as directed. There was a guy before me, then me and then another guy who came in right before me.The first guy didn't show up so the check in gal (blonde/glasses) switched me to third and the other guy to second. The male client even asked her about me and she ignored him and me. I chose not to make an issue. She obviously preferred to cut a nice-looking man's hair versus a senior woman even though I was before him.This is what is called blatant poor business practices!
My haircut was great, the check-in was poor to say the least and she did it in front of me and the client to see and hear. Don't go on Sat. as you might get her! This is the Beverly Hills salon...

We love coming to this location. The stylists are always friendly and respectful. We have rarely had to wait longer then 15 minutes even when it’s a busier time of day.

It was the worst experience I have ever had. Just trying to get my long hair cut for the summer. I understand what she was saying about the haircut. But she said I don't think I understand English very well Im Native American first of all. That Lady that works there needs to be fired. Don't know her name but she knows who she is.I like how you acknowledge the other reviews but not this one

Not only did she give me a fresh new hairstyle, but the attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire appointment was top-notch.
