The store is always a mess, the employees are always rude, if your taking to long for them they will give you attitude and become disrespectful. I came in during the am after dropping kiddos off to school only get attitude after she didn’t hear the first time due to her having a conversation with another coworker about the weekend and her phone blaring music in the middle of the register, and when I changed the total on what I wanted for gas she signed loud. Very very inappropriate behavior.

I began stopping by a couple times a week a few months ago, and now some of the employees recognize me and share small talk with me. I look forward to my interaction with them and appreciate their hospitality to regulars.

Current manager, you lost a 10k a year customer I bought gas, beer and smokes there everyday. When your pump malfunctions and you refuse to return calls and messages you permently lose that customer.

I go here almost daily the day staff is great. I spilled a drink n they didn't make a big deal or embarrass me in front of the line of Customers waiting behind me. Which is a big deal for me

This store is very poorly managed. Unfortunately it is the only place on this side of town open after dark. Admiral stores are supposed to be open 24/7. But this store very frequently has a locked door with a note that reads " store closed. Be back in a few hours". Very unprofessional.

I'm so sick of going to this store and it's either closed or the cashier makes you stand at the counter for 10 Mims before they help you and tonight I went in there and the music was way to loud had to repeat myself 3 times before she heard me and not once tried to turn down the radio this store is the biggest joke in big rapids

Overall, I've never had an issue here with employees or such. HOWEVER, they are not in fact 24 hrs any more....i think it's temporary; but, they should still update their hours on here until the matter is resolved

Cashier was super rude not public bathroom which is against the LAW! Cashier was super rude and when asked about bathroom she said “it ain’t my problem” way to go as usual admiral fixes the bottom of the barrel service! Funny she talks after I left!

This is the absolute worst gas station I have ever stopped at. It smells like armpit inside of the store. While all of the employees aren't rude, a great deal of them are!!!! They smoke pot outside of the front door!!!!
