The employees could smile a little and pretend to like that they're helping, but other than that, no complaints. I am always able to get in and out with no issues. Great spot for produce and a majority of pantry goods.

Just shopped at the store in big rapids today. I have seen this cashier in the store for several years now and he even rang me up a couple of times. Never once saying Hi or a thank you. I ignored him all these years because it seems he just has an attitude with everyone. Today I seen a dime on the side of the cash register and pointed it out to him. He did not acknowledge that he heard me and just shut the cash drawer. So I said it again and he then yelled at me in front of everyone that he heard me the first time. This was totally uncalled for, I thought I was helping him out so his till would not come up short. I just read another review on this same cashier. My receipt says his name is jailyn. Why is this person in the customer service area. Someone with this attitude should not be ringing people up. I will never go to this location again. I have never had an issue with any of the other stores. I understand people have bad days but this is everytime I have seen him and he treats everyone this way. He should find another job that does not require him to deal with the public.

Nice place that I am familiar with the layout. Shelves were stocked and the self checkout was easy to use.

I love Aldi's. Most of their prices are reasonable for this day n age, lol. Their produce is generously priced (meaning I can afford more). Always a great selection of things.

I love Aldi. The stores are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they carry almost everything I could want for a healthy lifestyle. They have lots of snacks & junk food, too. 😉

Lowest pricing around for there groceries Great selection although it could absolutely be much larger. They have friendly efficient service and plenty of parking to go around. Well kept store
