Some of these reviews don’t even sound like they came from the AT&T store in Big Rapids. You can’t find a more knowledgeable and fun staff. Christopher and Nick were both a lot of help and went above and beyond to make this all happen. I came in having another internet service which was terrible speeds. They got me hooked up with the AT&T Internet Air. WOW, speeds are amazing even streaming movies, downloading and browsing all at the same time. So now we needed to port a landline to wireless and an additional phone to port. These guys know their stuff. Of course you have to invest some time into all of this but those guys made it enjoyable. Great place to get all my questions answered. This business is so great, I stopped in just to say Hi because I was in the area. Keep up the good work and great atmosphere !

I visited the store today and was met with such apathy and rudeness that I actually had to laugh. The employee working was incredibly unfriendly, so much so that when they asked for my phone number, I paused and thought, Are you hungover or do you just hate being here?
I came in needing help with my account and was quickly told they couldn't assist me and that I should just call AT&T. Honestly, I feel like I should’ve known better than to go into the store in the first place.
I ended up going home and calling AT&T, and a helpful representative from Colombia took care of everything professionally and kindly. The contrast was night and day.
Absolutely terrible experience in-store. I can only assume the lack of willingness to help was because I wasn’t making a purchase.

Amazing service at AT&T! Friendly competent service. Surprisingly quick to switch from TMobile . Canadian Lakes area has very poor ? connection for phone and Internet with TMobile
Worked well in Florida but sporadic at best here in Canadian Lakes Campgrounds MI. AT&T works great for this area. The gentlemen at AT&T actually made the switch easy. Great job guys!

Amazing customer service! Zachary is THE man. He will get the job done! I spent hours trying to switch from Verizon to AT&T and he walked me through the entire process. He was patient and extremely helpful. He also helped me find good deals. Job well done.

I just would love to say. The guys up at the Big Rapids store are amazing. They are so friendly, does an amazing job at customer service and so much more. The manager I believe he is, is very smart and knows alot, not saying the others don't but he's awesome. I went up there to upgrade 3 phones 3 different times within a week. I just want to say those guys kick butt. Keep up the positive attitudes, the amazing customer service and just being friendly.
