Would give them 0 stars. Husband needed a new alternator for our van. Came here and got an alternator and found out it was a rebuilt. Took it up to O'Reilly's Auto parts to have it tested and it failed three times. Brought the alternator back in exchanged it for a new one so we thought. Took that one up to O'Reilly's to get it tested and it failed. The rebuilts say that it passed but O'Reilly's Auto parts machine says it fails. Going to get our new alternator from O'Reilly's since their alternators are not rebuilt. Also ask for my money back and the two cashiers in there are arguing over how to put my money back onto my card since they don't know how to.

Great service! I didn't know all the details of my Honda but the 'senior-guy' got right through the system for the parts. Then, I mentioned I'd also probably be needing a c-clamp (brake job) - he paused and checked to let me know I have a screw in piston on the caliper, so c-clamp, no bueno. Got a small tool for it ! I would have had a pretty rough day otherwise. Thank you so much!!
