Ryan was awesome! I had an issue with my cars trim falling off while making my way home from up north, and he was able to find the problem, and fixed it up for me!! It was great!

Came in to Big Rapids AutoZone looking for a simple gas cap tether. Both employees, one a male, the other a female (sorry I didn’t get their names), went above and beyond helping me. Excellent customer service!

Norm was very helpful and replaced my windshield wiper and clip and didn't treat me like a stupid female. I will return to this Auto Zone if needed.

I came in for front break pads and the guy checked three different times to make sure I was sold the ceramic pads for 47$. I had them put on and they just kept making noise so I had them checked again only to find out the pads were the wrong ones and the hardware wore a groove on my new rotors so I bought the parts from Napa for 40$ and they came with hardware and were the correct ones. Took parts back for refund and I will not be doing business again and really didn't care for the managers attitude..no need to respond to this..

The older employees blew me off and just kept having their conversation when I needed help but the younger kid helped me and was able to answer my questions and find what I needed.

My wiper blade ripped off last Tuesday, drive in to AutoZone told the associate what happened he asked what make and model my car was he went and got two wipers went outside in the rain and put the new ones on great service. Would recommend this store to anyone.
