I am so upset with this place. I will NEVER return. My pet nor I. My dog was hit by a car and rushed into Dr. Gilbert's on an emergency call. My dog has suffered from a broken leg causing severe nerve damage in the front right paw. Causing the leg to be amputated. As well as a huge laceration on his cheek. A hole the size of a golf ball. Wide open and skin still attached hanging. Do u think Dr. Gilbert gave my dog any pain meds or stitched up his face or put a brace on his leg or ANYTHING???. NOPE!!!! THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. MY DOG STILL NEEDS HIS LEG AMPUTATED, STILL NEEDS STITCHES AS WELL AS MEDS. IM APPUALED AND DISGUSTED .

The one star is to much he is the worst vet. He crippled our horse and won't return our phone calls I wouldn't trust him if the horse was already dead we will never use him again. And I would not recommend him to anyone.

Trust Dr. Todd Gilnert's knowledge, animal care and human customer interaction. Very busy...difficult to get an appointment. No appointment reminder text or call (adding this customer care feature would be an extra +)
