Also..I've had to pick up scripts for a cancer patient and they messed that up! Had to go back
I understand now why they are always empty
Taking my service else where in the near future
They need better customer service

Fast service, even at the drive thru window. Friendly service. They have an eclectic array of gifts for purchase here. Board games greeting cards, durable medical equipment, yard & house decorations, etc.

Switched to this pharmacy when I struggled to get my prescription filled elsewhere. They were extremely polite and professional. Kept me updated on my prescription and gave me suggestions on what may be easier to get. I'm very grateful. Great place.

Tried to fill a prescription and the pharmacist called me because they had a problem with the way my doctor wrote the prescription, when I suggested the pharmacist call my doctor she was very rude and told me to do it. After calling my doctor and getting him in touch with the pharmacist I went it to get my prescription, I was told it wasnât ready and to come back in 15, I came back and was told it still wasnât ready⌠finally after coming back again I was told that I had a mean tone on the phone and the pharmacist didnât want to fill my prescription and it had been transferred to Grand Rapids to a different pharmacy I couldnât get to until the next day. This prescription was a numbing cream for a painful dental condition that makes eating difficult and painful without it and Iâve now gone three days without my medication. Moral of the story be âniceâ or youâll be writing a review in pain at 3 in the morning waiting for the pharmacy 59 miles away to open the next day at 8 am.
