My husband and I shopped at the Big Rapids store. The customer service was outstanding! All employees were helpful and eager to help. We were approached several times asking if we needed help etc.
Jacqueline helped us find the right power tool we needed and also showed us the sales they had going on with power tools.
Connelly helped us load our trailer, we had also purchased larger items, sheets of underlayment, toilet etc.
Tina was our cashier, she was friendly, courteous and also very helpful.
The customer service we received was top notch and I wanted to give credit to these great employees for their kindness, helpfulness and knowledge. Going that extra mile with your customers is where it's at these days.
Thank you and keep up the great work! We appreciate you!!

Ordered some custom blinds from Lowe’s in store 4/26/2025. They had a great 50% off deal & we needed blinds throughout our house. I received the order confirmation and it was not being updated other than order placed. I did some research and found that it takes a few weeks for them to build the blinds, which would explain the order status not being updated. I get an email today 5/19/2025 that my order is canceled due to items being out of stock. Will not be ordering anything from Lowe’s again.

Salesman was very professional and thorough. The delivery and installation was subpar. Delivery personnel were unable to remove a screw holding a dryer vent and did not complete the installation. They arrived 30-60 minutes past the windows time and had 1 thing on there mind. Going home. As a 66 year old, I completed the installation and my wife and I jockeyed the stacked washer and dryer into place. Very disappointed with the installation that was paid for. On a positive note they hauled out the old and brought in the new. Very pleased with the GE washer and dryer but have only run 1 load through it. Very glad this wasn't for my 85 year old mother.
