“The only reason it’s a 4 star review and not 5 is because Mike (manager) thinks I got a faulty set, which not his fault completely understand it happens.

Anyway back in October/November my husband and I bought a new dining set with 6 chairs. We got our set and everything as great, until we hosted our first event and 2 chairs snapped on our guests. I immediately put the chairs off to the side and the next day we brought them in.

Mike the manager was there and was so nice very apologetic, and very kind. He got us replacement chairs no problem no hassle. Over the course of the next couple of months chairs kept snapping left and right from barely doing anything to them, especially since we don’t use our dining set a lot only when guests are over. This last time (Saturday 6/13/26) we were cleaning of guest and I went to push in the chair after sweeping and the entire leg fell off. This was chair 5 of 6, I know because after the first 2 I made a note which chairs were the new ones and which ones we needed to get replaced.

We went in and with luck Mike was there. He immediately recognized me (probably helps that I was in 4 other times…) immediately apologized and helped us get a replacement. I get factory things happen and maybe it’s just me and other peoples sets are great and haven’t had issues with it, but chair wise I have horrible luck I guess.

I don’t recommend the set (don’t ask me the name of the set because I don’t remember 😅) however I do recommend the place still. They have a bunch of nice stuff and very helpful staff. Mike made it extremely easy and was so helpful and kind. I really appreciate him which is why he gets the 4 stars! If I could do half ratings he would get the extra .5 star. It’s literally just my chair set I don’t love, and yet it was still my favorite design and set.

I don’t have pictures of the broken stuff because I have it replaced but here is my dining set that I still love for the most part.”
