We are relatively new to the Big rapids area I actually looked on one of the local Facebook pages ask Big rapids, I searched in the content for auto repair and this store came up a lot I called them on a Friday dropped our car off on a Sunday night using their convenient drop off box, and they called me at 8:30 in the morning my car was done at 1:00 in the afternoon for a very reasonable price. They have earned my business moving forward as long as we live in this area we will continue to use them

Awesome service. Called after hours and did not leave a voicemail and was going to call next day. Amber called me back first thing the next day stating they missed my call. Wow is all I can say. They looked over the car and fixed a different part then what I originally thought was broke thus saving me money. Great job.

Amber and Jason are the most loyal shop owners here in Big Rapids. We have gone to them since they opened up shop in 2023. They have always given us the cheapest, yet honest, estimates for our vehicles. Alena is so sweet on the phone, and I have never had to worry if it took too long to get phone calls back. The office staff have always communicated very well if a task was going to take longer than usual, even just an estimate. Jason and his shop staff are very friendly and do a perfect job of explaining issues so that they can be comprehended. They worked with us when money was tight and made a payment plan so that we could still have safe and reliable vehicles. Amber has personally picked me up when my car broke down and was towed to their shop, to take me to work and brought me back when my car was finished. I have lived in the area for over 7 years, and this has been the only mechanic shop to ever accommodate certain situations as well as give a fair price for all of their hard work! HIGHLY Recommend.

Ive been a customer of mighty muffler since Dale owned it. Never had an issue with Dale or Brian. Great business owners. Great staffs.
New Office ladies are rude, inconsiderate and are unprofessional. My family and I will not be returning or referring friends.

I replaced the entire suspension on my 06 Jeep Commander in my own garage, dropped it off to Mighty Muffler for them to do a full front alignment and inspection of all the bolts and install of what I did and the work they performed was top.notch. Vehicle front end is laser straight and installed the necessary pins for ties rod bolts. 5 stars all day. Will be doing business with them with all my professional needs. Appreciate the work quality along with the super clean facility. 👌

ALWAYS will go to the for help. Had an issue that started with our car over night, me and my boyfriend called them in the morning and they said they were super busy today but we could drop our car off and they would try to get to it, and ended up fixing it. They're always so nice and willing to explain if we don't understand something. I appreciate this place greatly. Fairly priced as well!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely wonderful repair shop. The ladies who answer the phone are always extremely nice and professional. They always try to get you in and out as quickly as possible when you have an appointment and if you don't have an appointment they'll let you just drop off the car and as long as it's not a big fix they'll take care of it through the day. My blower mower blew on me and the very next day they let me drop if off and they got it done same day. They're also really quick and do an amazing job when diagnosing any issues with your vehicle. Also they're a really affordable repair shop in Big Rapids. I highly recommend going to them for any repairs you need.Services: Electrical repair

Terrible service. Had my vehicle towed there as I was told they would diagnose immediately. Waited nearly a week just for a diagnosis. Each time I called to checked the status, I was treated with rudeness and disrespect. I was given conflicting information each time I called. No one wanted to take the time to assist me. I had my vehicle towed to a different mechanic for repair. Very disappointed.
