We recently worked with Real Estate Broker Joe McNally, owner of REMAX Together in Big Rapids Michigan, to sell our home. My brother is a real estate agent in Florida and he told me that he would investigate who are the best agents in the Big Rapids area. He made many calls and telephone interviewed several local agents and then came to an easy conclusion that Joe McNally is the King of real estate sales in our area. He told me that he has a large office with many associates and staff members. He added that true real estate agents hire professionals to photograph and video the property for sale – they do not perform these marketing functions themselves. This is exactly how Joe operated. Joe was the ultimate professional with significant energy where he managed his resources well and had my house sold in weeks, not months, even when interest rates were on a roller coaster. He listed our house at a price 10% higher than any other agent indicated and he achieved that number in the end. We know that luck comes in play many times, but the harder you work the luckier you get.We are extremely happy with our experience with Joe McNally. Michaela was fantastic. Tried another real estate agent first, they did not even get offers. Switched to Michaela, sold day one of ver asking no with multiple offers. Sod it higher than the other agent told us we should list at. Michaela always kept us in the loop, she was vey up front and honest. The signing couldn’t have been easier.

We listed my mothers house with them and Joe handled everything from advising how to best stage the rooms, to handling all closing details. He was very professional and easy to get in touch with.
