I had a great experience at the Big Rapids SOS office. Jodie helped me change a truck title from Arizona to Michigan. She was so professional yet kind and helpful. It was one of the best experiences I have had in a government office.

Make and appointment, So much more efficient. Walked right in had a seat for about 1 minutes.
