This establishment discriminates against Veterans with 100% disability. With no reason they refused service to a veteran. Horrible service go down the road for a place that actually cares about military veterans! Awful establishment.

Clean restrooms and a nice selection of snacks gas may be 1¢ more expensive then other places but there's usually an empty stall to gas up

Awesome gas station that's close to the US-131 highway. Is one of the cleanest gas stations! Restrooms are cleaned regularly. The Jimmy Johns inside has quick service and a several tables for eating inside.

I usually use Speedway. They was so busy so I went to Shell and gas was 6 cents cheaper. Yes I'm a cigarette smoker long as you got there card you can get them cheaper than most places. Shell does not have hot coffee though. Or different types of hot food like Speedway but that's OK. Really nice people work at Shell.

You may want retrain your staff in a few things. We just moved back to the area so our out of state licenses is stapled to paperwork from Secretary if State, stating that it is a temporary driver's license. The cashier would not accept it and ripped the paperwork from the license stating that it was "corporate policy" to bit accept it as proof of ID. So it's corporate policy not to accept official paperwork from the state??? Do better!

I would never purchase a monthly car wash package from here. The car wash is never working and twice now when I was inside it while running it stopped working.

Great gas station. Awful car wash. While the lights are pretty the wash is trash. After 2 $9 "best" washes my suburbans rims and back window still had a film of dirt. Save your money and go across town to the soft cloth hands free is not worth it

This is the only business in the Big Rapids area that does not give you change back from your purchases. They are STEALING from you. Adds up over the course of a week, month. Do not do business here.
