My service sucks. Longer I'm a customer worse it gets . 5 g I think think that means 5 percent of the time . Successfully got net after 3 hr 40 min. Freshly updated minutes before. I strongly suggest going elsewhere. Give 1 star cause I couldn't give a halfb

Every time I go into this office I get the best customer service! They are always so willing to answer your questions, and give solutions. Motorola's quirks are not a problem for this office!

Service is horrible at this location. They know nothing about spectrum or their services and just tell you they can’t help you and to call 800 line. If you have service with another company don’t come to spectrum and stay with your current company. Also, avoid the short lady with a bowl cut. She is rude, will brag about her “23 years” with spectrum and then proceed to do nothing for you as a customer.

Hard to work with...
Tried to get phone repaired and what a hassle...man was upset because we stoped service, and was very Abrupt.
