Walgreens is a nice, clean store for prescriptions, health and beauty products, and photo services. The staff is pleasant, helpful, and goes the extra mile, making shopping easy and customers happy. The pharmacy has specific hours, closing daily from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm for lunch. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and ensure customers get the medications they need. This location is recognized for hiring excellent and dedicated employees who provide great service.
I should have adhered to the numerous bad reviews. I came here after Rite Aid shutdown. It has been a constant problem with people unable and unwilling to enter correct insurance information for an accurate copay amount. We can only enter two insurers is the excuse everytime. I would give the pharmacy a negative number if I could worst possible experience ever. I am almost out of my eye drop and can get no response whatsoever, just had cataract surgery and need my drops.

Why does the drive thru pharmacy take at least 15 mins every time? Why does the drive thru tech need to walk away between each car?
