I lost hair after being put under the lights repeatedly for the full time instead of protocol which is 15 min for the first 6 weeks . I asked for a refund as I lost considerable hair and was devastated and had paid in full up front ! She lied about all the fees and if 3,000 gave me 1,000 after only 6 weeks !!!!
