To keep it as short as possible. My experience with Bianca at The DME Source was horrible and I'm trying to contact the owner Jeff as a result. Basically, through email she asked if I had any insurance other than medicaid, cause there would be an upcharge. I stated no there is no other insurance and told her which upcharge I wanted to do. 2nd email, I asked how long would it take, and can I pay for the upcharge upon pickup. She replied, yes that will be fine, just advise on your insurance. I replied that I had just answered her question, not sure what else there is to advise about. Tried calling several times to no avail. She asked me a THIRD time about the insurance and I'm confused now, as I have answered this question twice already. She literally just kept repeating the SAME thing over and over. I was fine with the upcharge so why aren't you just processing it at this point? She already had the prescription and everything. I gave her a wrong number, she brought it to my attention, I apologized and gave the correct number...she never called. Our emails continued because she kept just saying random, frivolous things that was not important, why aren't you just processing the claim, let me pay the upcharge and get this done?? She wants to now email about their hours and how I should've checked the website...huh?? You've emailed me 15 times so why am I checking a website?? You could've just told me you close at noon that day! I decided to cancel the order cause she never addressed my answers to the same question she kept asking...at all. She just would say something else and still never processed the claim. We had 25 emails amongst us with no resolution on her part! I asked her in 3 emails to just cancel and please don't send me anymore emails. Well, she kept sending me emails!!! I truly felt harrassed and super confused about her end goal. I have every email from beginning to end. Anyone with common sense can see she was the problem, not I. I've never, ever experienced anything like this when dealing with a business. Now it seems as if she's trying to from speaking with the owner.

Unbelievable experience with the DME source. I worked and continue to work with Bianca and she is super knowledgeable, fast to respond and friendly. I was able to get my breast pump with little to no effort on my part, Bianca handled everything AND even put me in her planner to follow up 3 months later when it was time for replacement parts so I didn’t have to. That is customer service and a rare thing in this day and age. Thank you, Bianca!

CPAP Recall silence...I was sold a CPAP machine that is now under recall, yet I received zero follow up calls from DME source on the progress of the recall or replacement machine. They did send me a bill for supplies though. funny how that works.

My experience with DME, Jordan and Pam has been exceptional. This was my 3rd Cpap machine so I'm not exactly a novice. Jordan and Pam were not only extremely professional and pleasant they handled everything from dealing with my insurance co. and doctor to making sure I got the machine quickly and on time. I couldn't be happier with them and highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called multiple DME companies (probably about 10) that my insurance participates with in my area. This company has excellent customer services. I spoke with Bianca who was kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Her service went well beyond that of the level expected and was most appreciated. If you are an expectant mother, I highly recommend you calling the DME Source and not wasting your time with other companies.

Excellent Staff!! I am not easily pleased with health care providers of any kind. Jeff and the Staff here are excellent and knowledgeable. I have worked with them for years. Supplies show up on time, without intervention. And for a fair price. A++

Incredibly quick response times for my inquiries. Their staff explained different options for what I needed, and got me the equipment in less than 3 days from the time I first emailed them. They took care of the insurance paperwork and got me what I needed. Highly recommended.

This is by far the friendliest, most professional, and competent place I have ever had to deal with in the 8+ years that I've needed a CPAP/supplies. The employees have bent over backwards to get me my new machine-delivered to my office in less than 18 hours- because my demanding work schedule couldn't allow me to come in during their normal hours of operation. Hats off DME, keep up the great work. I'm referring everyone I know to them.
