The employees were nice but room was terrible, the fridge leaked and made noise we had to unplug it. The phones did not work and no elevator so we had to carry all our stuff up stairs. Breakfast very minimal. I would never stay there again

Turned me away after booking weeks in advance and calling ahead to make sure it was okay to check in at 18. I was told over the phone I could check in at 18 then after the hour drive was told my stay was voided because I am under 21
