Jim was absolutely amazing with his service. I came I'm for an oil change an to have a check engine light cleared a few months ago, after he had some time to look over the car he changed my oil, cleared the light and rotated my tires for $80. Had a trailer with a flat tire. Pulled up went inside and talked to the manager asked if they could fix a valve stem. The guy is advised us after he threw his pen down on the desk if we could pull the tire off then maybe he could fix it. We came to the tire shop so he could pull the tire off and fix it . We were stuck on the road with a flat tire we did not have the tools. We told him we could not pull it off. He didn’t want to come outside to see what size lugs.. proceeded to repeatedly ask what size. After advising him repeatedly that we did not know he got up came outside took a look at it and said I can’t fix it. Said it needed a new tire.. the tire is six months old. I didn’t need a new tire …he had an attitude from the beginning he did not want to come outside in the cold and rain. Took the trailer down to Tottens who fixed the stem FOR FREE!!! They didn’t seem to have a problem fixing the tire nor the condition of the tire. I used to take my car here to these guys after today I will never step foot in this business. I’ve also recommended my customers go here ….never again will I recommend this place.Service: Tires

Called early in the week to ask for a Saturday appointment. Was told first come first served. Got up to be there at 8am. Web site stated they were open and no one there. Called until 10 and gave up. Bad business practices. Why did they state they were open and no one opened the shop. Very disappointed.

I was constantly broke from modifying my V6 muscle car until I found this shop. They refused to enable my problem just to line their pockets. That kind of integrity is hard to find these days. Soon I’ll have saved enough for a V8 and can’t wait to have them do my exhaust!Service: Exhaust

Drove from Alabama to only get denied a straight pipe for my v6 challenger. So instead, I proceeded to the closest dodge dealer and got a 2021 Dodge Charger hellcat with zero down and 0% APR for 6 months with only monthly payments of $420.69 for 120 months! I came back for a muffler and resonator delete and now I’m very pleased!!! Thank you!
