Went shopping here on 3/7 for some formal wear for my son. My family had never shopped here before and we were blown away by the service. Definitely a great experience that you don't find very often anymore.

Salesperson , Carol N, is fantastic!!!! She went above and beyond in helping me locate a replacement shirt after my ink pen ruined my favorite shirt. Carol found the replacement shirt in the right size in Missouri and called the store manager for me to arrange for to me purchase this new shirt and have it shipped to my home. Thank you Carol!!!

I went to this location and it was such a good experience. The staff was so attentive, and they even offered to steam clean my outfit. I didn’t buy anything overly expensive, but just the experience definitely will have me coming back. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience, you can tell they really take pride in their offerings.

They mailed a package to the wrong address. Called to fix it and they blamed my fiance even though the “manager” who apparently isn’t even the manager, said he messed up and didn’t verify the address and used an address from 8 years ago; oh he also told her that she was going to pick it up in store. Their solution was to go to the old address and ask them for the package. Not very professional.

I was just at this location and I left very displeased. The man with brown hair who worked Monday 9/18 did not take any time/care with me as a customer. First of all, when I got measured to buy a suit he gave me the wrong size completely and then walked away. I just couldn’t believe it. If this business wants to sell suits and quality clothing they should not have that man helping people. His attitude was very unprofessional and the way he treated me as a customer was demeaning. I am astonished I am writing this review about Brooks Brothers because it is a very uplifting place. However, this experience has ruined my vision of what I saw Brooks Brothers as. If you go to this location it may be beneficial to just help yourself because an employee may sell you something that isn’t right right for you.

If you are in the market for quality clothing and at a great value, go see Tyler Walker @ BB in Birch Run.Tyler and his team were very helpful.Tyler took the time to measure me for a suit, and trousers. He made me feel like I was the only one in the store. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my choices without feeling pressured to purchase.He took extra steps to get items from other stores and made sure I was afforded all the discounts possible.I thought BB was out of my reach, but the quality and fit is worth the investment.Thank you Tyler & BB team. Brioni and St. Laurent clothing is made in China from dogs, cats, and other animals in China. I just got the notice from PETA today in the mail. I felt people should know what they are buying.
