well kept store with great staff! always love the selection, kept up to date with great clearance items. amazing deals especially during black friday! staff consist of some very helpful and friendly people. love it here.

Although there is a big discount, there are actually only a few products when you browse carefully, but today there are 20% more, which is not bad

Great customer service, though a little too helpful because you will not be left alone even if you try (they likely get commissions), good selection of a variety of different coach products, good sales

It was a fabulous experience. Danielle was a wonderful sales person and she also grabbed a couple more bags to look at since I was looking for a Snoopy purse. I'll be going back to Coach. Thank you again Danielle ?

This was a great location for Coach Outlet. I have been seeing a lot of great designs and went to the retail store only to find out that the best designs are Factory only. This location is a great size with so many products. The people who work here went way out of their way to assist us and were eager to sign me up to get notifications on their upcoming Disney products. We found amazing prices and I was able to get some good gift giving shopping on. We found a wallet for 65% off plus 15%, how amazing was this score?! I know I will be coming back once they get their new Disney stock. I did not even know they sold it outside of Disney. I was at Disneyland when I first saw a Coach colab, so I am happy to find it here in Michigan.

Loved this location. Linda assisted us and was so patient and friendly. She brought multiple shoes for me to try on and the other young lady (I forgot her name) brought several items for my hubby. They never got irritated and Linda offered to order things they didn't have in the store. Very happy with our purchases. I will definitely drive the hour to go back.

Yes Coach!! Loved the items they had in the store. Imo, a little pricey. Was able to find the same items online at a better price. The employees were bet kind and knowledgeable. Loved browsing through everything.
