I was traveling thru. Needed a oil change quickly. This place hit all requirements needed...bonus it wax $40 CHEAPER then the other name brand places. Id go here again. Id recommend my family to go here.

Great service! I get my oil change on Tuesdays, ladies day, save a few bucks. Also anytime I question air in tires they are more then happy to check them.

Full service oil change.
Checked all lights and kept me educated on the oil change progress (showed the dip stick). I particularly appreciated that they took the time to check all the lights (small service but very important). Also, they took the time to reset the oil light. It amazes me how these simple tasks are no longer offered or done at most oil service shops across America. Appreciate you guys from Cali!

Strange experience. Staff is unfriendly. I paid for FULL SERVICE yet received BASIC. When I was told I'm "all set", I ask why I wasn't provided with the full service I paid for. He then acted like he forgot and proceeded to check my fluids, lights and air filter. Next time I'll go elsewhere.

Brought my 2023 BMW X5 M50i in for its first oil change (since the dealer couldn’t fit me in for a month). These guys were so incredibly helpful. Because the car is so new they didn’t carry the filter and were out of the special oil. I ordered both at a local auto parts store and brought them to Crazy Jack. They informed me the auto parts store ordered the incorrect oil - which would have screwed up the engine. Because there was an auto parts store next door the manager walked with me there to get the correct oil. These guys are so good at what they do. They truly care about their customers and go way above and beyond to make for a great experience. I highly recommend going to Crazy Jack - they are Crazy Good!
