Sitting here at 11:20 and still not an employee in site to open this place. Sign says open at 11. Definitely not good business. Update it's now 11:36 still not open no one around inside, another potential customer got mad and drove off so I guess I drove 30 minutes for nothing. No wonder this place has such bad reviews. Absolutely unprofessional.

it was the best customer service ever Tray and Daniel were making me laugh and helping me find a good shoe i went in there js wanting to buy some shoes and they helped me find some things but overall the best workers i’ve ever metttt

Hello, I am from the the Toledo area but I just happen to be in town this weekend. I had the best customer service experience ever from two individuals by the names of Nate and Remiel. I’m a difficult person when it buying and knowing my size but they were very patient with me and made sure I was helped fully!! I Hope all goes well for those young men

Gosh what a disappointment this store is. Its a shame when there are 3 employees mostly on there phones don't even greet you or ask you if they could help you!!! I guess when this store closes down corporate will know why, lazy employees.

Went into this store to look for shoes. Two black workers were in there talking about me being racist. Hispanic worker told them “that’s kinda racist bro”. Definitely won’t be coming back here.

Been in this store multiple times, no one even greets us, says “hello, hi” or even a “would you like to try something on?” would be nice as well. I come here to buy shoes, and don’t need to be awkwardly waiting. Customer service is key!
