Ashley help us shop today and gave us the best customer service experience we had in long time we are going on vacation. To Florida and she even held some shirts for me on hold til I can come back and pick them up she was amazing and great !

I was very happy with my experience at this specific Guess store! The staff were all genuinely kind and helpful as soon as you walked in. I had a specific pair of jeans I was looking for and they knew exactly which ones and were able to find me something similar since the ones I loved are on clearance. I could tell these workers cared about what they were doing and it really made a difference. I would definitely go back again and would recommend this store to anyone!

TERRIBLE service experience! Drove 3 hours to do some outlet shopping. Found a jacket I wanted but they only had the blue color and I wanted the black one. No problem she says - we ship it to you for free to your home. Great
So the jacket arrives and they sent me the same blue color I could have grabbed IN the store! THEN she typed in my name as Lynda - same with email and wrong city. So I can’t do a return online as the email and order # didn’t match. I found this out when I called Guess Corporate. Just total incompetence from the sales clerk. Before calling corporate I called Birch Run and asked how to get what I asked for - ordered and paid for. I have to drive back down there and return it in person.
UPDATE: thank you for the reply - I did call Corporate and they were to email me a shipping label to return the wrong jacket but it's not here and this was days ago. He did say he was having difficulty 'correcting' my email address. Again - this is just a ton of work for mistakes made by the clerk. I will make yet a 3rd phone call on Monday

I brought my young teen daughter in on a Sunday hoping she would find clothing to wear to her liking for modeling school. As I walked in, I was asked if I needed help with anything. I explained the situation, my daughters style and the style the modeling school wanted to see on her. The two ladies were so nice, helpful and made the experience so fun putting outfits together for my daughter to try on. Thank you for your help that day and making my shopping alot easier.
