I went in the store very discouraged about my bra sizing experience at soma who immediately turned me away. Karen welcomed me with open arms sized me the correct way! Helped picked out what I needed. She seen the tears in my eyes as I was so relieved that I was finally getting something I really needed. Karen had the most compassion and offered me a hug. I walked out with confidence and a smile. Thank you so much for the best experience I've ever had.

I ordered online for an in store pick up only to find out that my package was given to someone else, which couldn’t have had proper identification. I was told there was nothing they could do for me in store and that I would have to call the number online. I called the number and waited over an hour for no one to answer. I finally did the live chat online for my order to be refunded and my birthday coupon to be reserved. I’m very upset because I didn’t get to keep the deal I originally got on my order and was told there was no way they could honor it.

Lane Bryant has always been a great plus size store for women. But, they are not able to size the women in certain size bars. But, they do have a great selection.

I am very disappointed with how rude and unhelpful the two ladies were today while I was trying to help my sister find a bra. They never offered us assistance, measured her incorrectly, and didn’t even offer to help find different sizes while I searched throughout the store for a specific size. They were also discussing inappropriate private matters that should only be talked about in the back office. My younger sister is Black, and I really hope that wasn’t part of the “problem”

Some employees are great and others seem to not love their jobs or customers. Prices are high like all LB stores and you'll need a coupon or sale.

This location is one of the best out there! As an older woman I am definitely bigger breasted. I struggle finding a good sturdy bra that meets all my needs! I honestly went in with low hopes because of my past with undergarments. Lo and behold, a young purple haired manager saved the day! When I say this girl knew how to get in there and do what needed to be done, I mean it! She got all right up on me and got my exact measurements. This girl was running Lane Bryant like the dang Marines! She pulled a few styles off the rack (some sexy ;) for the husband and some work appropriate) and let me try them on. Oh, when I tell you we had a fashion show, I mean it! She told me exactly what flattered me and what didn’t. I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. She sure helped this dried out lady feel juicy again! Thank you miss manager! I will be back, maybe to find some matching panties!!

Wish I could leave zero stars because that is how unpleasant my experience was. I had went in to the store to purchase a nighty that I saw in the front window display. When I asked an employee if they had any more they said unfortunately that that one was their last one and I asked them could I possibly purchase that one? The employee looks dead in the eyes and says very rudely “it’s a 14/16 it won’t fit you” talk about rude and unprofessional. I then informed her that the tag says it was a 22/24 which is in fact my size and she flat out called me a liar. Honestly, I would rather take the drive to go to a better Lane Bryant than this one. Don’t waste your time coming here.
