Terrible service š disrespectful employees š desperately need new workers don't even go in thinking your are gonna get help, my 14 year old son paid $63.xx for a hat and single embroidering in Washington DC on a field trip for a souvenir , and the embroidering done for his now passed uncle( RIP ANT DIRTY ) WAS GIVEN A UNFINISHED HAT š š¢ from LIDs and Laughed at by LIDS EMPLOYEES when asked to fix or refund it this is truly heart breaking cause I've shopped at lids for 30 years and own over 60 hat from the store , had many bad experiences but this top all he can't even wear a hat that he got made for his dead uncles remembrance

We had custom embroidery done on a hat in Birchrun. The customer service was absolutely amazing! They do such a great job! Kind, friendly people. We will definitely be going back! Highly recommend this place!

Rudest staff ever. Last week I walked in 20 mins before closing and dude was like 10 mins to close and then today he screaming at ppl talking about no food in the store. Like dude lids hanging on by a string and the only one left is in a mall that sells food. I'll shop online somewhere else... Lids birch run can go away

What I don't understand is how they can get away with the way they sell the "patched: hats. They leave the old price tag on... and never bother to change it. Then when you're pretty much swiping your card for the item, the cashier goes, Oh yeah, it's actually MORE than what that price is.IF it is a different price then label it.

Only place I can find New Era hats. Everyone that I've ever dealt with here they're always great. Lids in Saginaw closed along time ago. And this one's to far. Nothing wrong with the store. Except I drove all the way there last winter to get 39thirty hats, just blanks they didn't have any. And I just called about a year later, instead of driving and they didn't have any. Had to go thru Amazon.

Son accidentally grabbed wrong size and went back in MINUTES after purchase. The worker was very condescending calling me ābossā and ābudā and refused to exchange for different size or return item because it was ālimited editionā. This was not verbally said there was no return on ālimited editionā hats and the receipt clearly states they accept returns up to 30 says from purchase. We then went to a different location and they had no problem exchanging the hat for the correct size. The worker at this location was clearly on a power trip or something. Poor costumer service ābossā.

Does not carry a variety of sizes such as 2x,3x,4x,5x. Employee was very unhelpful was uninterested in making the sale. Definitely don't recommend going there if you are driving from a distance.

When you walk into this store you wonāt get greeted or helped. Make sure to not walk in with any food or drinks because your greeting is going to be the manager giving you the option to either throw your drink away or āget out his storeā. With complete disrespect. No were does it warn about this policy before walking in. It caught me really off guard and Iāve never been approached with this type of hostility by any employee. Will not be returning.

Visited the store to buy a couple of hats for my son. Noticed the sign on the door indicating a brief absence, so I went to the neighboring pretzel shop. When the store reopened, there was no welcoming greeting; instead, I was informed that food was not permitted inside. This experience has convinced me to take my business elsewhere. Quality customer service makes a significant difference!

I bought this hat and it had two prices on it $27.99 and $14.99. I was still charged $27.99. Maybe they should make sure there isn't tags with the wrong prices on their products
